The arched cabinet is real Oak veneer on Duralar.  The top rails are solid oak.  The blind rails are solid oak.   The Ram’s Head style legs are solid oak.   The pockets are genuine leather.   The Navy Blue felt is in good condition. 

The table has been discounted because it is not pristine.   It was used by some college boys in a rental house so it wasn’t kept real clean and sustained a few scratches and scuffs.   A couple of the legs have slight separation in the butcher block joint.   Those issues aside, it plays great.   Good solid action off the cushions.
